Ticket Refunds and Resell

Effective 2/1/2022

Kai-Kai Farm will charge a 25% service fee of ticket(s) face value before taxes. Service fee payment must be made before we proceed in attempting to resell your ticket(s). If we are not successful with selling your ticket(s), then we will refund the service fee only, not the ticket(s). Refunds require extra time spent by our employees to handle the resell transaction, reasoning for our upfront 25% upfront service fee charge.

If we are successful in selling your ticket(s), then we will fully refund your ticket(s) through Eventeny, but the 25% service fee will not be refunded.

You may transfer your tickets to a third-party. This service is free. Update the box office via text at 772-888-0903 or email dianeorcarl@kaikaifarm.com; we require the original ticket buyer's name and the new ticket owner name with a mobile phone number and email address. We do not accept updates over the phone.

IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY TICKETS BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER EVENT.

24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS, OUR RESELL TICKET SERVICE IS CLOSED.

Example: Clay Conley Dinner ticket is $125 (no fees or tax included). 25% face value before taxes and fees is $31.25. We take that $31.25 payment before we attempt to resell your ticket. If we ARE successful in reselling, you will receive your full ticket refund through Eventeny, but not the $31.25 service fee. If we ARE NOT successful in selling the ticket, we will refund the $31.25 fee, but not the ticket from Eventeny.
