Demonstration Dinners

Looking for a night out away from city life and want to learn how to cook decadent dishes? Step away from your normal cooking routine and learn to curate a 5-star dish from executive chefs at our farm.

Join us in our large open screened dining hall for a series of intimate "demonstration dinners" with various local chefs.  Guests will learn new cooking techniques and enjoy a creative meal prepped by the chef and enjoyed afterwards. Questions answered during class. No wine service included guests are welcome to BYOB. In order to maintain the integrity of the chef’s menu, no modifications or substitutions are permitted.

Our demonstration dinners are for all levels of food enthusiasts. A must for any foodie!

Chefs usually provide their limited-edition menu a few weeks before the event. Menu relies on seasonal ingredients to create unique dishes that revolve around the flavors of that time of the year.
